To remain a Dulux Trade Contract Partner, the AJM Decorating teams are subject to continual, rigorous and independent assessment to ensure they are producing the highest possible working standards.
Our inclusion is dependent on us producing high calibre results on time and within budget, behaving professionally on site and meeting strict health and safety standards. It gives us access to training courses and regular assessments to make sure our staff development evolves continually.
For our customers, our status as a Dulux Trade Contract Partner means you can be certain your project is in the best hands and will be delivered to an exemplary standard. You can also assess the work yourself as part of the scheme to benchmark quality and ensure standards remain at a level all customers would expect.
As a Dulux Trade Contract Partner, all our work is guaranteed for 4 years. We are able to offer a four year guarantee on all our work using Dulux products. This is a no quibble guarantee, if any paint work on the exterior breaks down within the four year period, we will return and re-paint it free of charge.

The Painting & Decorating Association has merged with the British Decorators Association to form a reliable register of decorators within the industry.
Gaining PDA accredited status guarantees a firm can be trusted to provide an excellent job with a clear pricing structure, all the required insurances and random checks on a firm’s performance. CHAS -(Contractors Health & Safety Assessment Scheme) & Constructionline
AJM Decorating are a CHAS & Constructionline accredited company saving customers time and resources when trying to find a qualified, reliable decorating firm. CHAS assesses a firm’s health and safety competence with guidance given on any weaknesses and help with ways to improve.
CHAS works in a ‘mutual agreement’ with the Governments national register of accredited suppliers, Constructionline. Together these pre-qualification schemes form an improved and informative service for customers.
This ensures that here, at AJM Decorating, our workmanship is of the highest quality.
CSCS – Construction Skills Certification Scheme
AJM Decorating Ltd have recently been awarded with a Platinum CSCS Certificate of Commitment which demonstrates that at least 90% of the AJM workforce hold a CSCS Card. This enables us to have a competitive advantage when tendering for work as it proves that our workforce are up to date and competent in health & safety awareness.
The CSCS Scheme was set up to assist the construction industry in improving quality and reducing accidents within the workplace. Most companies, contractors & private clients now insist on proof of health & safety competence by way of a CSCS card, with many refusing access to sites unless a card is held. AJM Decorating believe that the health & safety of our employees, other site staff and the general public are of up most importance and that is why we are proud to be affiliated with the CSCS Scheme.
