Private Residence – North of England

This is a simply stunning New Build Large Private House based in the North of England that AJM Decorating were proud to be a part of the construction of. The house featured a large open plan living area with mezzanine floors and floor to ceiling windows, resulting in a bright, light feeling home with striking features throughout.

AJM Decorating were required to apply Designer Wallpapers from Manufacturers such as Tektura, Brian Yates, Turnell & Gigon. These needed experienced applicators due to the complexity involved in the hanging of specialist wallpapers. Our decorators have vast experience & knowledge in the hanging of various Designer Wallpaper and we regularly attend courses to ensure we are up to date with all aspects of specialist application. Certain areas of woodwork throughout the Property had Treatex Stain & Hardwax Oil specified, which resulted in a ‘Greying Limewash’ effect to the woodwork. This really enhanced the natural grain of the woodwork and portrayed an ageing effect.

The Interior Designers on the property also requested the use of Designer Paints such as Zoffany & Farrow & Ball. As AJM Decorating have worked on numerous High Specification Projects throughout the years, we are experienced in the use of these Designer Paints to provide a high quality, professional finish.
