High Crag Barn

This project was a complete re-decoration of a stunning barn conversion internally and externally using Farrow & Ball Paints alongside Osmo products for the wood care. The client also required the use of Earthborn Natural Clay Paints on the existing Hemp Lime plaster, achieving a high quality, natural looking finish.

AJM Decorating were excited to be working alongside the client to develop a unique mix of style, incorporating modern and traditional colours, creating a high class, stunning finish. The client decided on the use of Farrow & Ball colours in calm, natural shades, to give the interior a subdued hue, therefore enhancing the look of the natural wood and beams throughout the building. The woodwork and beams were decorated using Osmo Poly X Oil, which keep the wood looking natural whilst offering maximum protection.

The bathroom floor was decorated using Farrow & Ball Floor Paint. This was the client’s decision as they required a bright coloured floor whilst also ensuring there was adequate protection and durability. From our previous experiences, the Farrow & Ball Paint was the best choice.

We decorated the exterior woodwork on the Barn using the Farrow & Ball Oil Gloss in Hague Blue and All White, as chosen by the client. The oak doors and frames were decorated in the Osmo Poly X Oil, once again enhancing the natural appearance of the wood.
